We post all UK orders via Royal Mail - the standard cost is dependent on weight. Standard Delivery is using a 48 hour service, however please do allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We also offer a Next Day Delivery, price dependent on weight. Please note our Next Day Delivery is sent on a 24 Service, for guaranteed next day delivery or Saturday delivery please contact us for further information on our Special Delivery Guaranteed service.
Our prices are determined on the weight of the entire parcel and will go up with the weight. Delivery cost should show accurately during checkout. If you have any queries, or shipping costs do not generate, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we give you a shipping quote for your chosen destination. However, in the event there are extra costs depending on the product and destination, you will be informed of these before despatch if they are incurred. If you would like to query the delivery cost you are quoted please email email@example.com. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination.
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dealt with the same day. You will receive a notification email upon your orders dispatch and you should expect delivery in the UK: 1 - 3 working days, EU: 3 - 5 working days, Rest of World: 3 - 10 working days. These times are a guide and subject to change depending on the local service.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be guaranteed for delivery the next working day. [Please note that orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday for this service will not be delivered until Tuesday.]

Returns and Exchanges
When you order from us, we want you to be free from worry, so we extend to you our no-risk guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
We will pay return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. A postage receipt with the charge must be available to us, if you wish for a defective item postage to be refunded. When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.
Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:
The item must be in resalable condition
The item must be in the original packaging with all tags/documentation still in place
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the above conditions are not met. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or queries regarding your return.
